Why these items
Every item is weighted by how much it affects a hiring decision: a missing photo or a generic 志望動機 hurts far more than a small formatting slip. For foreign applicants, stating your residence status and Japanese level clearly is weighted heavily because employers check those first. This is an honest, transparent alternative to the opaque “ATS scores” some tools advertise — you can see exactly what is counted and why.
Fix the gaps
Follow the linked guides for anything you couldn't tick, then finish the resume in the free editor. Start from how to write a Japanese resume if you want a full walkthrough, or browse more resume tools.
